During my chats we will cover any number of things but there is one central tenet to my belief system and that is kindness. Leadership that lacks kindness is leadership destined to fail. We will explore what makes organizations successful and what are some of the pitfalls to avoid. After more than 25 years in the high-volume industry and having watched my family build their business from the attic of the home I grew up in, to an organization that at its peak employed more than 80 people has been a wild ride that has taught me that #perspectivematters.
